What payment methods are available?

What is the delivery time?

The info from our delivery partner is that most packages will arrive within 10 work days. However, in our experience it can take longer depending on a number of factors such as local customs and handling time by the local post office. More info on prices in the Shipping section.

Do you offer alternative shipping methods?

The offers available can be shown at checkout. Delivery method vary depending on countries.

Do you have tracking on the packages you send?

Yes, tracking is included in the shipping cost and a tracking number will be provided with the order completion.

Do you have discs in other weights and colors than I can see at the online store?

No, the weights and colors on the product page is the only ones we have.

Can I send requests on discs I would like the Latitude 64° Factory Store to make?

No, unfortunately we don't offer that service at the moment.

Can I reserve items in my cart?

No. Items in the cart will not be reserved, and will only be "secured" once the payment transaction is completed. We use Shopify as our webshop platform, and Shopify has removed the reserve cart function, due to issues with customers deliberately reserving large quantities of shop items in their cart to make sure that no other customer would grab it before them. As there is no satisfactory reserve cart option to date, we obide by Shopify's rules and regulations.

What is a misprint disc?

Misprint discs are discs with cosmetic flaws. The flight characteristics or durability of the discs are not effected by these flaws. All misprint discs have been stamped two times. The stamp are unique for each individual disc, and will differ from the sample images.

Can I wish for a certain weight/color of a misprint disc?

No, the weight and color are assorted on all discs.
