Shipping Information

We process orders and ship Monday through Friday during our office hours, which are from 8 AM to 3 PM (CET, Swedish time). Please note that Swedish holidays do not affect our shipping schedule.

Shipping costs are displayed in the Checkout view and are calculated based on the total weight of your order, following the pricing guidelines of our shipping providers. Customs fees may be applicable in some cases, depending on local customs regulations in your respective country.

All our shipping services include tracking. It's important to note that some services may be handled domestically in your country by a partner of our main shipping provider.

SWEDEN 🇸🇪

We offer DHL Service Point for single-box parcels and PostNord Varubrev 1:a klass for small packages, such as 1-3 discs. These services provide delivery to your mailbox or the nearest pickup point.

For Sweden: If you shop with us, you get free shipping on small orders over 750 SEK including VAT. An exception is for orders that contain goods of high weight and/or volume, for example baskets. Then a shipping cost will automatically be calculated when you select the delivery address and shipping method in the shopping cart. If your products qualify for free shipping, this will appear automatically at checkout.

FINLAND 🇫🇮

We offer DHL or UPS service for single-box parcels. Delivery to door or a nearby pickup access point. Est. 3-5 business days.

NORWAY 🇳🇴

We offer UPS Standard service for single-box parcels. Delivery to door or a nearby UPS access point. Est. 3-5 business day.

We offer DHL Express service. Fast. Door to door. Delivered by courier. Est. 3-5 business days.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot ship any orders to military address or PO boxes, our apologies.

REST OF WORLD 🌎

We offer DHL Express service. Fast. Door to door. Delivered by courier. Est. 3-7 business days.

*We reserve the right to use alternative transport service if order / package exceeds the dimensions for the intended service.

UNREDEEMED SHIPMENTS

The package will be held at the carrier's terminal for a minimum of 7 days before being automatically returned. In the case of unredeemed shipments, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with return shipping, handling, and terminal rental.

The following costs apply to unredeemed shipment:

• Pickup point: 15€ / 150 SEK /150 NOK
• Courier delivery: $30 / 30€ / 300 SEK / 300 NOK

DELIVERY AIMS

As the Latitude 64° Factory Store is based in Sweden, delivery times will vary depending on the country and the service chosen for your order. We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday (with the exception of public holidays). Generally, postal deliveries are not our highest priority in the logistics chain. Therefore, we recommend selecting parcel service if it is presented as an alternative at checkout.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking services. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is packed and marked as completed by our warehouse team. Please note that tracking updates may take 12-24 hours, depending on the carrier's terminal location.

TAXES / DUTIES

Taxes are included for all EU countries. Customers outside the EU, such as the UK and Switzerland, may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by their customs authorities. Norwegian customers are covered by our VOEC registration.

We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.
