Shipping Information

Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Swedish holidays do not apply. All orders will be processed within office hours 8 AM - 15 PM (CET, Swedish time) and shipped as soon as possible.

The shipping cost is shown in the Checkout view and is calculated based on the total weight of the order and in accordance with our shipping providers price lists. Customs fees might be applied in some cases, depending on local administration services in respective countries.

All services includes tracking. Please note some services are domestic in your country handled by a partner to the main shipping provider.


  • Bring / DHL pickup point for packages up to 20 kg. If weight exceeds 20 kg alternative shipping service will be used.
  • PostNord Varubrev 1:a klass for letter size packages. Ex. 1-3 discs. Delivery to your mailbox or pickup point.


  • DHL / POSTI pickup point for packages up to 31.5 kg. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.


  • Bring / POSTEN pickup point for packages up to 35 kg. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.


  • UPS Standard. Delivery directly to door or delivery to a nearby parcel shop.
  • DHL Express. Door to door. Delivered by courier.


  • DHL Express. Fast. Door to door. Delivered by courier.

Note: We can not deliver to an APO/FPO/DPO address. You need to enter a physical address to be able to receive your package.

The package is at the carrier's terminal for shortest 7 days before it is automatically returned. For packages that are not redeemed, we charge you the costs for return shipping, handling and terminal rental. The following costs apply to unredeemed shipments:

  • Pickup point: 15€ / 150 SEK /150 NOK
  • Courier delivery: $30 / 30€ / 300 SEK / 300 NOK


As the Latitude 64° Factory Store is based in Sweden the delivery times vill vary depending on country and service used for your order. We ship orders daly during Mondays to Fridays (with reservation for public holiday). Generally postal deliveries are not highest priory in logistics chain. So our recommendation are to select parcel service if that is presented as alternative at checkout.

All orders will be sent with tracked service. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been packed and marked completed by our warehouse team. Note that it might take between 12-24 hours for the tracking to be updated depending on carrier terminal location. For shipments with Bring to Finland pls allow for 3-5 work days on receiving tracking updates.


Taxes are included for all countries in the European Union. Tax & duties charged by customs of non EU countries (like for example UK and Switzerland) or countries in rest of world are for your own account. Customers in Norway are covered by our VOEC registration.

We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.
