Nice stable disc

Surprisingly neutral run

Fell in love with the longbowman when I got a vip-ice from last year’s mystery box as it’s a nice overstable, flat fairway driver that seems like it’s made for forehands. I found this run and ordered two discs to replace my old one. Maybe my FH form improved since then but now it flips up and pushes for a long way on Hyzer. On Anhyzer, chop forehands it stays turned over for 90% of its flight then finishes straight. It doesn’t fight out like I remember the mystery box version doing. This run is definitely more thunderbird than firebird or more beat in honor than felon to put it in trilogy terms; none of those are as flat as the longbowman tho.

VIP Ice Longbowman

These came out very flat, almost puddle top. Plastic feels really good, though in cold weather it's very stiff and slick. In warm weather it's fairly gummy and pretty grippy. Flies like a longbowman, straight flight for 65-70% of the flight with a pushing fade at the end. Great for backhands and forehands that don't dump but are reliably overstable and can handle a little wind. One of the many underrated molds from Westside

Thank you for the review! I'm happy to hear you like the longbowman. :)
