    The Latitude 64° Factory Store is still able to keep the fulfillment and shipping operation going. All facilities are closed for visitors and we have taken measures to ensure the safety of our customers and our staff. 

    Update 2020-06-10: Improved shipping experience

    With the effects of COVID-19 the postal services worldwide are working with heavily reduced transport capacities as result of decreased commercial flights. In order to make sure that you as a customer will receive your order within a resonable time frame, the shipping alternative Letter Service are no longer available for affected countries. Among those are United States, Australia and New Zealand. Instead we can offer you first class parcel service from DHL using the DHL Express Worldwide.

    Since we do not currently offer Letter Service to countries mentioned above, we can not deliver to an APO/FPO/DPO address. You need to enter a physical address to be able to receive your package. 

    Please note that the shipping and delivery to other countries can be affected time-wise by the COVID-19 pandemic. We strongly suggest that you choose Express Shipping if you have that option in your checkout.

    Please note: Taxes are not included outside the European Union. If you order from non-EU countries be aware that custom duties and taxes can be charged by the government in your country.
