VIP Ahti

I doubt it's a coincidence that the Ahti shares the same flight numbers as the Firebird. It definitely fills that "stable and consistent" spot in the bag, but I gotta say, it feels like the Ahti is more stable and has less glide than the Firebird. Where I can get a little glide out of the Firebird, it feels like the Ahti is stabling up the instant it leaves my hand. Not saying that the stability is a bad thing, but I've been having trouble finding places I'd rather throw it than the Firebird. I am one of those pretty much backhand-only guys with mid power though.
I'm genreally a huge Westside fan, but this one isn't really for me. I'm guessing if I had a forehand and/or a little more power, I'd feel a little more comfortable with this one.

For me, this thing flies more overstable than the Felons I've owned. I love the way the rim feels in comparison, and if you like a flat disc this will definitely give it to you. Love this disc, a staple for my utility shots. This thing fights out of any turnover.

The Ahti is my favorite overstable fairway driver. It’s great for backhands and forehands. It can take some torque.
