Opto-Ice Moonshine

Opto-Ice is a premium blend of plastics that provides a stiffness between Opto and Opto-X. It has great durability, and more overstable flights compared to regular Opto.

Moonshine adds a glow-in-the-dark-effect to the disc. When playing disc golf during night time, all you need is to grab your flashlight, or any other strong light source, and charge up the glow properties of the plastic. From 2023 the improved Moonshine 2.0 formula is being used.

Fues Moonshine

After just one round, i must say. It glows fantastic, as always highest possibly quality plastic. It still flies reliable and straight as i expected from a Fuse disc.

Glow in the dark

I found my copy to be more understable than my previous fuse (Jonathan edition), strange enough. But its great for those right turning holes in the dark.

The glow is good enough for my use. The reviews I found on Youtube must have been on old Moonshine (not 2.0).

Bit of a let down

Let me start by saying I absolutely loove the Fuse. I've just been on the lookout for the most stable/overstable run and figured that Moonshine in Ice plastic could be a good bet, boy was I disappointed.

I got two pink ones and both are board flat, never a good sign for a Fuse. They are also softer than normal Opto and worst of all, more understable than any I've tried.

So maybe if you can find a dome one or prefer the more understable runs of Fuses, this might be for you. But don't expect this to be your stable Fuse.

Everyone needs a Fuse!

As an avid beginner in disc golf, I have already tested around 50 different discs. The Fuse quickly became my overall favorite disc, since it is really easy to throw dead straight and it is really easy to shape different throws with it as well. And, it flies forever, this is really am amazing disc!
