What payment methods are available?
Different payment solutions are available for different countries. More info in the Payment section.
What is the delivery time?
The info from our delivery partner is that most packages will arrive within 10 work days. However, in our experience it can take longer depending on a number of factors such as local customs and handling time by the local post office. More info on prices in the Shipping section.

Yes, tracking is included in the shipping cost and a tracking number will be provided with the order completion.Do you have discs in other weights and colors than I can see in the webshop?
No, the weights and colors on the product page is the only ones we have.
Can I send requests on discs I would like the Latitude 64° Factory Store to make?
No, unfortunately we don't offer that service at the moment.
Can I reserve items in my cart?
No. Items in the cart will not be reserved, and will only be "secured" once the payment transaction is completed. We use Shopify as our webshop platform, and Shopify has removed the reserve cart function, due to issues with customers deliberately reserving large quantities of shop items in their cart to make sure that no other customer would grab it before them. As there is no satisfactory reserve cart option to date, we obide by Shopify's rules and regulations.
What is a misprint disc?
Misprint discs are discs with cosmetic flaws. The flight characteristics or durability of the discs are not effected by these flaws. All misprint discs have been stamped two times. The stamp are unique for each individual disc, and will differ from the sample images.
Can I wish for a certain weight/color of a misprint disc?
No, the weight and color are assorted on all discs.

Online payment with major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. When you are paying with credit card we use secure online shopping that support the SSL protocol. (For more information, visit: www.ssl.com). All of your personal details are protected and encrypted before they are sent for processing.
We accept payment via Paypal for all online orders. If you choose the Paypal option when completing your order, you will be transferred to an SSL-encrypted Paypal server, where you can complete the purchase and enter payment details, either via your PayPal account or via the Credit Card option given on that page (without using a PayPal account). There is also the option to create a Paypal account free of charge during the checkout process. We will be notified by Paypal as soon as the payment has been successfully completed. Payment via Paypal is effected immediately and we receive a message from Paypal as soon as the funds have been paid into our account. We accept payment via Paypal in US Dollars. When you make the payment in PayPal the sum will be converted from US dollars to the currency of your choice. VOUCHERS & DISCOUNTS
Vouchers and discount codes provided by the Latitude 64° Factory Store are applied in the "Discount" field at Checkout (before the payment stage).
Gift cards that are issued or purchased at the Latitude 64° Factory Store is only valid for use at this store and no other Latitude 64° website, vendor, retailer or distributor. The Gift Card is a digital product that will be sent via email or text message (not a physical product). There is no expiration date on the Gift Cards purchased on this website, with the exception for personally customized Gift Cards created on demand, where specific set time limits and instructions can be added. The Gift Card code is applied in the "Discount" field at Checkout (before the payment stage). The Gift Cards can not be combined with other discount codes or vouchers on the same order/purchase. SHIPPING & INFORMATION
Our shipping days are Monday-Friday. Swedish holidays do not apply. All orders will be processed within office hours 8 AM - 15 PM (Swedish time) and shipped as soon as possible.
The shipping cost is shown in the Checkout view and is calculated based on the total weight of the order and in accordance with our shipping providers price lists. Customs fees might be applied in some cases, depending on local administration services in respective countries.
All services includes tracking. Please note some services are domestic in your country handled by a partner to the main shipping provider.
- Bring / DHL pickup point for packages up to 20 kg. If weight exceeds 20 kg alternative shipping service will be used.
- PostNord Varubrev 1:a klass for letter size packages. Ex. 1-3 discs. Delivery to your mailbox or pickup point.
- Bring / POSTI pickup point for packages up to 35 kg. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.
- Bring / POSTEN pickup point for packages up to 35 kg. If weight exceeds 35 kg alternative shipping service will be used.

- DHL Global Mail (Deutsche Post Packed Tracked ) for selected countries within EU. Limited to small items under 600 grams.
- UPS Standard. Delivery directly to door or delivery to a nearby parcel shop.

- DHL Express Worldwide. Courier delivery to door.
Note: We can not deliver to an APO/FPO/DPO address. You need to enter a physical address to be able to receive your package.

- DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Expedited Parcel Service. Available option depends on order volume and will be presented at checkout.
The package is at the carrier's terminal for shortest 7 days before it is automatically returned. For packages that are not redeemed, we charge you the costs for return shipping, handling and terminal rental. The following costs apply to unredeemed shipments:
- Pickup point: 15€ / 150 SEK /150 NOK
- Courier delivery: $30 / 30€ / 300 SEK / 300 NOK
As the Latitude 64° Factory Store is based in Sweden the delivery times vill vary depending on country and service used for your order. We ship orders daly during Mondays to Fridays (with reservation for public holiday). Generally postal deliveries are not highest priory in logistics chain. So our recommendation are to select parcel service if that is presented as alternative at checkout.
Please note: Note that the shipping and delivery to some countries can be affected time-wise by the Covid-19 pandemic. Read our Covid-19 information here.
All orders will be sent with tracked service. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been packed and marked completed by our warehouse team. Note that it might take between 12-24 hours for the tracking to be updated depending on carrier terminal location. For shipments with Bring to Finland pls allow for 3-5 work days on receiving tracking updates.
TAXES / DUTIES
Taxes are included for all countries in the European Union. Tax & duties charged by customs of non EU countries (like for example UK and Switzerland) or countries in rest of world are for your own account. Customers in Norway are covered by our VOEC registration.
We cannot edit your invoice to display an order value less than we have charged you, to reduce your import duty bill.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are valid for up 30 days after you receive your product. Returns must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. If it doesn't still look brand new, we can't sell it as new!

- All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service.
- Once we receive and accept your return we will refund your order.
- All returns MUST have a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
